Makes my ears happy

You may recognize this tune from the recent Apple commercial on tv. I rather like it.

Blog upgrade = small problems

If you are having trouble with posting comments or accessing parts of the site it is probably related to the upgrade.
The most common problem seems to be with comments. Deleting or clearing out cookies have fixed the problem for me and others that experienced this since the upgrade.

My poor car

by M Email

Clearly I can’t have nice things. Or at least a nice car. Apparently, that’s what some other driver decided today because she backed into the side of my car while it was parked in the lot at work, just minding its own business. Really, the issue of liability is simple because my car was parked and unoccupied. But come on…once this is repaired, my poor car will be practically new for all the body work it’s had done. It’s had a nose job, butt job, and a little work done around the middle. So far, however, the roof is still original. Imagine that.

The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. Rereading, that is. A couple years ago, I purchased the entire set, all 7 books, bound into one very thick book. I remember especially enjoying The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe as a child. I love reading along and repeatedly stumbling upon vivid depictions of faith, keenly wrapped up in fascinating tales of fantasy. Good, quality reading for all ages.

Easter is ruined!

by M Email

It’s really not very hard to ruin a holiday in our family. In fact, Easter was ruined several times this year. Kyle ruined Easter by spilling sweet potatoes on the table cloth. I ruined Easter when the easter egg dye almost stained the table. (I got it cleaned off later.) I remember Debbie was the first of the day to ruin Easter, but now I can’t remember the incident. You see, just join our family for Easter dinner, and you’re sure to hear Mark exclaim at least once: “Easter is ruined!” It makes a person feel all warm and fuzzy inside, overflowing with good will toward man. Just wait until Christmas!
